We started this service to deliver to our family as we saw the queues for food and lack of fuel were making it impossible for people to efficiently get food. Now you and your family can enjoy the service also. Once an order has been placed and payment made, it is not possible to change or cancel it. Your order immediately gets sent to our delivery partners who begin processing your order which is even more difficult during Covid. Cancelling your order would mean that our staff would have already spent time on your order. Time we could have devoted to other customers. If you have left something out, simply make a new order and we will attempt to deliver at the same time.
